４月２９日にフォートリーのDouble Tree Hotelにて行われました、東日本大震災義援金募金イベント「Sending Our Love To Japan」では、当日２５０人の方々にご参加いただき、７月までに$41,567.98の募金が集まりました。そしてこのお金は、NPO団体 Doublestop Foundationを通じて、８月２５日に、下記２団体に$20,783.99.ずつ送金されました。

On April 29th, 2011, a benefit concert, “Sending Our Love To Japan,” was held to raise funds for relief and recovery efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake. The event was a big success. It was attended by about 250 people and raised $41,567.98 as of July. We would like to thank everyone who participated in this event and/or donated money and merchandise.
On August 25, our partner for the event, the Doublestop Foundation, transferred $20,783.99 each to two recipients: (1) Iwate Prefecture, to provide financial aid for children orphaned in the earthquake and tsunami, and (2) Megumi Japan, a nonprofit organization, to carry out relief and recovery efforts.
